If you want to get more slots for your inventory and some extra experience along the way, then you should be completing Merlin Trials. These are short puzzles that are easy to solve, and they are in every region of the map. The Feldcroft Region is especially plentiful as it has 15 different Merlin Trials for you to complete. The guide below goes over where to find and how to complete all fifteen Feldcroft Region Merling Trials in Hogwarts Legacy.

Overview¶

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #1¶

This trial is found in the bandit camp. Once activated, use Confringo to break the stone pillars circling the Merlin Trial. You may have to fight some of the poachers during this task.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #2¶

For this Merling Trial, you will need to use Flipendo to make the bottom and top parts of each pillar match.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #3¶

For this trial, you need to climb onto the shortest stone pillar and then make your way across the pop-up Stonehenge. When you get to the last pillar, turn around and hop back to the first.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #4¶

This is another Merlin Trial with pillars for you to destroy. Equip Confringo and hit the surrounding five.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #5¶

This is another statue puzzle. Equip Bombarda or Confringo to blow up the three sets of three statues. They are located to the right, left, and on the cliff above the Merlin Trial starting place.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #6¶

For this puzzle, you need to use Reparo to repair three nearby Merlin statues. You can easily locate these statues by using Revelio.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #7¶

For this trial, you need to use Confringo to light the three torches around the trial start location. All three are on mountains, start on the right side and then light them one after another.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #8¶

For this puzzle, head down the slope near the trial and jump onto the first stone. Make your way across. When you reach the last stone, the trial will be complete.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #9¶

This is another stone-breaking puzzle, use Confringo and break the stones around the trial location. They are located on the beach and the cliff above the trial. Once is hidden down the right side of the beach, so be sure to walk a little further down.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #10¶

Fly up a bit above the trial and use Revelio to see the stone ball. You need to use Depulso to push it down the cliff into the hole.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #11¶

Use Confringo or Bombarda to break the three sets of three stones scattered around the area. Two sets are in the nearby ruins.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #12¶

This Merlin Trial has a ton of enemies around it, including Infernus, so be careful. You will want to follow the curving road around the trial start location, destroying the stone pillars with Confringo. One is hidden underneath one of the large stone cliffs, and another is on top of the cliff beside it.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #13¶

You simply need to hit the five surrounding stone pillars with Confringo.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #14¶

For this trial, you need to use Lumos to gather the three sets of moths and take them to the lanterns. They are on the cliff below the trial, as well as two cliffs above it on each side.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #15¶

For this trial, use Confringo to light the three torches, starting with the one on the left side of the bridge and moving down.

Feldcroft Region Merlin Trial Location #16¶

This trial has you destroy another three sets of three stones using Confringo or Bombarda. They are located around the village, not far from the trial start location.
