There are treasure vaults in every region of Hogwarts Legacy. This even includes the very short Coastal Cavern tunnel that you will find yourself traveling through in the late game. Sadly, this is one of the easiest treasure vaults to miss if you aren’t looking for it. The guide below goes over how to find this treasure vault and how to get the chest inside of it.
Coastal Cavern Treasure Vault Location¶
There is a single treasure vault located in the Coastal Cavern. The Coastal Cavern treasure vault can be easy to miss as this is a short tunnel that connects the South Sea Bog to Poidsear Coast. About halfway down the tunnel, you will notice there is a Floo Flame, the entrance to the Coastal Cavern treasure vault is right beside this, blocked by some rubble. You will also need to get rid of any goblins around the Floo Flame so that you can focus on getting into the treasure vault.
How to Access The Coastal Cavern Treasure Vault in Hogwarts Legacy¶
You will need to use Bombarda to blast away the rubble and gain entrance to this treasure vault. Once you remove the rubble, head inside, and you will find a ton of scaffolding.
On your left is a low point you can climb up. Once you get on it, climb to the middle piece and make your way over to the other side of the room where the treasure chest is waiting.
