Hogwarts Legacy has finally arrived and players are getting to work their way through the Wizarding World. One of the fun aspects of being a Witch or Wizard is crafting Potions of which you can do after completing the main quest “Potions Class”. Felix Felicis is a Potion exclusive to Playstation players and here you’ll find the necessary steps to brew it.

You can brew the Felix Felicis Potion at the Potions Station.

Enhances the drinker’s chance of success in their endeavors – specifically, by revealing the locations of large loot chests on the Minimap for one in-game day

What is The Playstation Exclusive Felix Felicis Potion Recipe¶

The Felix Felicis Recipe was only obtainable for players who pre-ordered the Standard and Deluxe Edition of Hogwarts Legacy for Playstation 4 / 5. In order to brew this potion you’ll need a x1 Lacewing Flies and x1 Fluxweed Stem. This potion will highlight the locations of large Chests which will be useful for players looking for better gear.

Where To Find Lacewing Flies¶

Lacewing Flies can be collected by interacting with bushes out in the world or you can purchase them from J. Pippins Potions in Hogsmeade for 100 gold.

Where To Find Fluxweed Stem¶

Fluxweed Stems can be purchased from The Magic Neep in Hogsmeade for 150. It is located on the west side of the town.

Is The Felix Felicis Potion Required For The Going Through the Potions Trophy¶

If you don’t have a Playstation or you didn’t pre-order, then don’t worry too much, as the Felix Felicis Potion isn’t required for the Going Through the Potions Trophy/Achievement.
