Battle¶
Metallia is automatically added to your team as soon as you purchase her and use the DLC NPC to claim her. Simply put, Metallia is one of the best DLC characters in the game. She has incredible stats where it matters, as well as high aptitudes in those stats, too. If you look at her resistances, she has incredibly high elemental resistances, as well as no weaknesses in the others. To make things even crazier, she learns the Tera tier spells at level 50, which is much earlier than most normal casters. Metallia also has an Overload that will attempt to capture every single enemy unit on the map, so she is the best character to use when trying to get prisoners.

Overload¶
Metallia’s Overload is called Greedy Mekhashefa, which attempts to capture all of the enemies on the map. This can be a pretty great Overload, even moreso whenever you are going to try and get Magic Extracts in the endgame portion. That’s because capturing on a map like Carnage Double Illusion is great for getting those prisoners needed for the Magic Extracts.
Evilities¶
Metallia’s unique Evility is Swamp Witch, which grants her a “revive” chance should her HP drop to zero during a map. Should this happen, though, half of her SP will be used to make her retain 1 HP. This can be a good thing, as it essentially gives her a second chance to continue dealing damage to enemies with her impressive repertoire of skills. Mental Pain makes it so whenever you capture a prisoner, it will halve the prisoner’s remaining SP. This can be great on Metallia, when paired with her Overload, as it will make your job easier than you are interrogating the prisoners.
Absolute Ruler increases the stats of your ally monster units on the map by 5%, which is a pretty small amount. If you use a lot of monsters, then this could be a nice addition, but it costs six slots, which is a lot for only a 5% boost. The last common Evility from Metallia is Mana Burner, which is worded wrong in the game. It increases your attack by 50%, but the user loses Mana equal to 1% of the damage dealt to the enemy. Basically, you have stronger attacks, but your Mana will take a big hit. If you’re not really using Mana anymore, this could be a nice boost, but it’s entirely up to you and a very strong character can deplete their Mana with a single attack.
