Description |
|
Christo is an Overlord that belongs to a “certain giant Netherworld.” He is a very smart demon that has excellent tactical and advising skills. He seems to be scheming behind the scenes, where he shown to try to be manipulating the others into helping him assassinate Void Dark. |

Battle¶
Christo is unlocked as a playable unit after completing Episode 2-2: Darkfall Memorial. He is more of a healer/mage type unit, and will eventually become one of the better support units in the game. He has pretty good SP, INT and RES aptitudes, and is both proficient in Bows and Staves, with the latter being S rank. One of the biggest reasons you should always have him in your active party is because of his unique Evility, Tactician. This makes any ally who stands next to him always hit with their attacks, as well as gain a boost to evasion. It’s best to probably stick with Staves, but a Bow isn’t a bad idea if you want Christo to get some action. Should you use Staves, give him some elemental spells and buffs to him.

Overload¶
Christo’s initial Overload is called Occhi Clairvoyance, which increases all allies’ accuracy and evasion for one turn, by 50%. This plays into his really good support role and can be a difference maker during a map. After completing Episode 11, Christo’s Overload will be changed to Evangel of Purity. While this doesn’t really change anything, the accuracy and evasion buff will now be 100%, but still only last for a single turn.
Evilities¶
Christo’s unique Evility, Tactician, makes it so any adjacent ally’s accuracy becomes 100% and their evasion becomes 25%. After clearing Episode 11, you will unlock his second unique Evility, Supreme Partner. This one increases any adjacent allies’ ATK by 20% of Christo’s INT stat. The better of the two is definitely Tactician, so keep that in mind, although if you boost his INT enough, the second one will do some work. You will likely be keeping Christo as a support unit during your playthrough, as that’s what he does best.
To add to this utility, you will want to put Lovely Song on him, which increases the stats of all allies by 3% (if they’re at 100%, then this is useless), as well as Evil Eye, which decreases the stats of all enemies by 5%. Angel Song increases the attack power of adjacent allies by 25%, and if you wanted, add Cursed Dance to Christo to make it so enemies take 3% more damage.

Trivia¶
- It is implied that Christo and Lamington, a character from the first Disgaea game, are the same, although it isn’t said they are or not.
