How to Complete Test Your Metal¶
This is a fairly simple quest which is required to be completed as part of The War Effort tasks.

To begin the quest, speak with Swinda at the entrance to the fighting ring. She’ll introduce you to the concept of the game, and offer you three sets of weapons to choose from: shortsword, dual-daggers, or dual-shields. Whatever you choose, you’ll need to defeat three rounds of enemies who wield the same weapons as you. You’ll be accompanied by your Jomsviking for the first two rounds, but you’ll need to defeat the last round on your own.
The first two rounds are easy enough, and the last one will only cause you problems if you’re not proficient with parrying and dodging. If you’ve mastered both of these mechanics, you’ll find the fight as easy as any other encounter with a small group of mobs. The only thing you’ll need to be cautious of is the hits from the higher level mobs in the last round, as they can pack quite a punch if you’re not careful.
Once you’ve defeated all three waves with one set of weapons, you can do the same with the other sets for the maximum reward. You get 75 festival tokens after completing all three rounds, and you’ll earn an extra 15 festival tokens for each weapon set that you master, bringing the total after all three rounds to 90 festival tokens for the first time that you play them.
