This quest begins once you have completed the Jotunheim arc, The Saga of the Snows. After returning to Ravensthorpe and speaking with Valka, drink the potion to return to Asgard, leading to the last part of the Asgard arc, The Fate of the High One, with Binding Fate and Cheating Fate being the last two quests. Once you have completed these, return to Ravensthorpe and speak with Valka to complete this quest.
