How to Clear the Trade Post at Drumlish¶
To complete this quest, you’ll first need to clear the Trade Post at Drumlish, located northwest of Dublin in the region of Meath. Once you’re inside the post you’ll find a large number of wolves. You can jump into this with a high damage weapon with the aim of doing a lot of area of effect damage, or you can find a vantage point on the walls and take the wolves out with your bow.
Investigate Drumlish and Obtain the Deed at Knockfree¶
When all the enemies are dead, use Odin’s Sight to highlight the location of the clue which will direct you to the location of the deed that you need to build the trade post. You’ll find the note on the northwestern side of the trade post, stuck to a tree. You’ll need to climb the tree to reach it.
Once you’ve read the note, the quest objective will update with the location of the deed. Check the world map to see where you need to go. In this case, it’s the settlement of Knockfree, located directly south of Drumlish. When you reach Knockfree, look for a ruined broch to the south. You’ll find the deed on a skeleton within the broch, but you’ll need to destroy a barricade to access it. You can do this with a fire pot which you can find nearby, or by using the Incendiary Powder Trap ranged ability.
Once you have the deed, all that remains is for you to return to Drumlish and interact with the signboard to build the trade post.
