Assassin's Creed: Valhalla

Gemad-Wulf

By
Seren Morgan-Roberts

This page offers a guide on Gemad-Wulf, the Legendary Animal boss fight in Lincolnscire.

Location: Gemad-Wulf legendary animal.

How to Fight the Gemad-Wulf

The Gemad-Wulf is found in Caistor Lupus ruins south of Grimsby in north Lincolnscire. The wolf is larger than regular wolves and has a powerful bite. You’ll need to watch out for his pouncing attacks which are often power attacks and will pack quite the punch.

The Gemad-Wulf is a fast and agile wolf that will snap at you and run off so you’ll need to chase after it or shoot at him whilst he’s backed off. He has weak points on both of his shoulders and on his back right leg. If you shoot at weak points you’ll deplete large chunks of stamina and if you completely drain the bar, you’ll be able to hit him with a powerful Stun Attack.

Gemad-Wulf has three weak points: his shoulders, and his right back leg.

The biggest frustration you’ll find with this fight is that every so often the Gemad-Wulf will run away to the outskirts of the ruins and howl to summon several smaller wolves to attack you. The Gemad-Wulf will occasionally come down to bite you during this period, but will only come back down permanently once you’ve killed the smaller wolves. You’ll likely experience this event two or three times during the boss fight.

Once you’ve defeated the wolf you’ll unlock the Cricket Wulf Head and be able to take that to the Hunter’s Hut in Ravensthorpe.
