This Ui Neill artifact is found south of Knockfree. To reach it you’ll need to explode a breakable stone barrier inside the tomb. To the left of the trap floor, you’ll find some smashable vases that are blocking your entrance into a small room with some oil vases. Quickly smash the pots and head over to grab an oil vase before the spike floor damages you. Then, use the oil pot to smash the stone wall to reach the artifact.
