Miriam Pokémon Academy Bond Building¶

Like most Teachers in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, missing Miriam’s Pokémon Academy bond building is easy to do. Most players are guilty of getting stuck into the three main questlines, shiny hunting, hunting down Tera Raids and more, but it’s worth going back to School.

Maxing out Miriam’s Pokémon Academy bond will reap its rewards with rare or expensive items like other Teachers. This in-game mechanic is a nice change of pace for trainers and delivers the drop of immersion that’s been missing from recent Pokémon titles to a degree.

As a general rule, you’ll want to clear all of that teacher’s classes and ace the midterm and final. Each event usually takes place during this, but it’s much easier to do that first and then you can do all teacher events at once without having to check back. Once you’ve completed all of Ms. Miriam’s Art classes, you can then get to work on maxing her bond with the following steps:

How to Increase Friendship with Miriam¶

Step 1¶

Miriam can usually be found in the Nurses Office, seeing as it’s her job and all. This is where the Miriam Pokémon Academy Bond building journey starts for trainers. Simply walk in, have a chat with her and begin to build up that friendship / bond.

Step 2¶

This is an easy one for those who have completed all exams. Trainers need to simply visit the nurses office again and have a conversation to grab another boost to Miriams Pokémon Academy Bond.

Trainers need to help Miriam get the motivation to get the qualifications she needs to teach at the Academy

Step 3¶

For this step take a left from the Entrance Hall front desk to find Miriam at the bottom of the stairs by the book shelf. Select Yes for her to heal party Pokémon or no for her to do absolutely nothing. This will lead to trainers being trusted by Miriam, which also means the next step is the last.

Step 4¶

Going back to where this bonding session started, trainers should head over to the Nurse’s Office to have another chat with Miriam. They will receive ten Max Revives and become closer to our lovely Nurse than ever before.

This is one of the best ways to Earn Max Revives, as they don’t appear in Tera Raid battle drops and can’t be bought in shops. It can occasionally be found as a drop in the wild and in Mystery Gifts too.
