Best Greninja Tera Raid Strategy

Psychic Tera Typing is preferred to boost the effects of Stored Power, but a Water Tera Typing will negate the damage of Hydro Pump. So it’s not the end of the world!

"Slowbro" IconSlowbro is going to be our main Pokémon for this event for a couple of reasons. It can take advantage of stat boosts by using "Stored Power" iconStored Power at the end of a battle and trainers will most likely have one ready already. We’ve got screens of what kind of build players will need above, but here’s a quick run down:

Build Feature Info
Moveset "Nasty Plot" iconNasty Plot, "Stored Power" iconStored Power, "Iron Defense" iconIron Defense and Slack Off
Level 100
Stat Focus Special Attack and Defense
Tera Type Psychic Psychic (Water Water if not)
Held Item "Shell Bell" iconShell Bell

So how do trainers use this Best Greninja Tera Raid build to win out? See the below screenshots for a turn-by-turn walkthrough on how to defeat Greninja the Unrivaled.

(1 of 5) The first four turns stat boosts will be cleared by Greninja, but we still need to kill time. Use Iron Defense during turns one and two.
