Struggling to find information about how to get Cutiefly and evolve into Ribombee in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: The Teal Mask DLC? We’ve got all the information trainers need alongside some tips and a cool competitive build for Ribombee, so let’s get straight into it.
How To Get Cutiefly¶
Cutiefly can be found at Mossfell Confluence to the southeast or Wistful Fields at the southwest corner of the Kitakami map. They can also be found along Kitakami Road, but this guide will focus on the first two locations. Cutiefly isn’t a rare Pokémon, so simply approach and use a Quick Ball to catch quickly. Have a high level Pokémon with false swipe and a status effecting move if the Quick Balls fails.
How To Evolve Cutiefly Into Ribombee¶
Congratulations on catching Cutiefly, which usually evolves at level 25, so trainers can just level Cutiefly once to evolve it and it’s a job well done. For those looking to have a seperate Ribombee, head over to Wistful Fields to find the off Ribombee near the water front. They are harder to come across than Cutiefly, so prepare to be patient.

This Competitive Ribombee build focuses on its natural high speed stats whilst covering key weaknesses. Timid increases speed whilst knocking attack, which is fine. Its Ground Tera-Typing and Hidden Power move, which is also Ground-type, covers Ribombees Fire, Poison, Rock and Steel weaknesses. Bug Buzz and Moonblast will hit 50% harder thanks to it’s dual Bug and Fairy-typing too, providing two great STAB options. Quiver Dance boosts Ribombee’s Special Attack stat, making this build a quick STAB attacker that covers it’s weaknesses.
We’ve got hundreds of Pokémon locations already on our Kitakami Region Map, but why not check out all of the New and Returning Pokémon for the DLC too and complete the Kitakami Pokédex?
