Ceruledge Raid Build¶
If you’ve been delving into the world of Tera Raids and have reached the point of taking on the challenging 5 and 6 Star Tera Raids, you may realize just how much more strategy comes into play. Finding the best Ceruledge raid build is a solid call More importantly, you may notice that clearing these Offline with the AI is incredibly challenging, to the point of almost impossible. Even Online can be challenging if your teammates choose Pokémon that are not ideal for the battle.
How to Catch Ceruledge¶
You’ll have to evolve a Charcadet into Ceruledge before thinking about the best Ceruledge raid build as it can’t be caught out in the open world. Charcadet can found by heading to West Province Area 1 and you’ll find it roaming around to the east of the Bombirdier. Alternatively, if you would like to catch a little earlier in the game, then make a visit over to South Province Area 2 and you can find it hiding over to the northwest of the South Province Area 3 Pokemon Center.
Charcadet is extremely weak to Water , Rock and Ground and will take 2x damage from them, so you want to use those Pokemon Types which are slightly above its level to lower its health before attempting to catch it. If you picked Quaxly, then that’ll be great candidates here.
In order to evolve Charcadet into Ceruledge you’ll need to get the Malicious Armor which is obtained by trading 10 Sinistea Chips with Zapapico . Sinistea Chips can be obtained from defeating Sinistea. Once you’ve obtained the Malicious Armor you’ll want to use it on Charcadet to evolve it.
The Best Ceruledge Tera Raid Build¶
Now that you have a Ceruledge, what is it about this Pokémon that has the Pokémon community go wild for him? These are Ceruledge raid build main moves you’ll want to make note of:
Move | How To Teach |
---|---|
Bitter Blade | Bitter Blade is an attack that can be taught to Ceruledge by taking it up to Level 42. |
Shadow Claw | Shadow Claw is a TM you can find out in the open-world. It can be found in several locations, but the easiest place to find it in Tagtree Thicket or West Province Area One. |
Taunt | Taunt is a TM you can find out in the open-world. It can be found in out the outer edge or Casseroya Lake. Alternatively, you can craft it via the TM Machine after you’ve defeated Team Star’s Fighting Crew. |
Swords Dance | Swords Dance is an attack that can be taught to Ceruledge by taking it up to Level 37. |
Bitter Blade is a Fire-type Move that’ll cause your Pokemon to recover half of the damage inflicted. Shadow Claw is a Ghost-type Move that increases the chance of landing a Critical Hit. Taunt is a Dark-type move which forces the opposition to only use Attack Moves for 3 Turns and Swords Dance sharply raises the user’s Attack stat.
You’ll want to begin the battle with Taunt, so the opponent can’t use special attacks for three turns, then you’ll want to use Swords Dance to increase your Attack Stat and follow it up with Shadow Claw, as this will put out a lot of damage when it successfully pulls of a Critical Hit. You’ll want to repeatedly do this unless you take lots of damage, then in which case you’ll want to use Bitter Blade to recover some health.
That’s the general theme of how to play the Ceruledge Raid Build. Good luck using this Pokemon to complete your Tera Raids now and in the future!
