Like any good beta program in this day and age, Blizzard are going to be rewarding players for their help in testing Diablo IV with some cosmetic gifts for their characters once the game is released in full in June.
These rewards will all need to be earned in game - you won’t just get them by jumping in and jumping out, you are actually going to have to play the Open Beta in order to have them added to your inventory.
Diablo IV Open Beta Rewards¶
There are three rewards up for grabs if you are prepared to put the graft in. You won’t receive any of them, regardless of when you unlock them, until the full game launches later in the year. Once that happens you will be able to distinguish yourself from regular newbie Diablo IV players by equipping them to prove you were there from the very beginning.
Let’s have a look at the goodies that you can earn then.
Reward | Requirement |
---|---|
Initial Casualty Title | Reach Kyovashad with one character |
Early Voyager Title | Hit Level 20 with a single character |
Beta Wolf Pack Cosmetic Item | Hit Level 20 with a single character |
So the main take here is that you need to get your character to Level 20 to pick up two of the Open Beta rewards. The level cap for the Beta overall is Level 25, so this would suggest that you are going to need to put in at least a degree of effort to pick up those last two rewards.
The Initial Casualty title will require getting your character as far into the game as Kyovashad, which should be a bit more accessible to all players.
But let’s face it, if you are keen on getting into the Diablo IV Open Beta anyway, chances are you are already planning to devote a fair bit of time into the weekends it is available.
