Eriman’s Pyre is one of thethree Strongholds in Hawezar, located to the west of The Tree of Whispers Waypoint, and to the east-northeast of the Wejinhani Waypoint. This is one of the shorter Strongholds in Diablo 4, as it requires a few small add clears, and then engage a boss. Here’s everything you need to know about the Diablo 4 Eriman’s Stronghold.
Diablo 4 Eriman’s Stronghold¶
Once you have found the Stronghold, enter what remains of the burnt out town, and speak to the burning corpse on the pyre. We recommend using a Elixir of Undead Slaying, as throughout this village you will be fighting a collection of Skeleton enemy types, along with the Fallen. The boss is also an Undead Creature, so you will get The burnt man will tell you to GTFO, and summon a few Fallen Overlord type enemies. Once the pack is defeated, you should find a Villager’s Remains, which will allow you to open up one of the Fiery Focus, which blocks one of the four corners of the village off.
Essentially, what you need to do is defeat each one of the Fallen Overseers, which drop the Villager Remains. You then use each one to open up a new part of the village, by interacting with the Fiery Focus around the pyre. Each of the rooms has a number of Burning Skeleton type enemies, along with some more Fallen type enemies. Use the below map to see where the enemies are compartmentalized.
Once when you have defeated all the Fallen Overseer enemies, and disabled all of the four Fiery Focus, you can then engage the boss after some RP. The boss, Duz’agur, Eriman’s Bane, doesn’t have many tactics. Just dodge the fire, and beat him up, and you’re good. And with that, you have completed the Diablo 4 Eriman’s Pyre Stronghold. Congratulations!
