The All Bark side quest in Final Fantasy 16 can be acquired at the Royal Meadows once you reach The Dame. main quest. Here you’ll find a person named Beniot and he’ll ask you to find his son. We’ll take you through the necessary steps to completion and where to find the missing son.
A nobleman in the fields near Moore orders Clive to save his son from wild beasts-although he seems more irritated at Clive’s attitude than concerned for his son’s safety…
How to Start The All Bark Side Quest¶
Before you can begin the “All Bark” Side Quest you’ll need to progress through the game until you reach the Hideaway which should take you around 3 hours if you’re starting from the beginning. For those continuing on from the demo, then it should take you an extra hour. From this point, you’ll need to play for a few more hours until you reach the Main Quest The Dame. Here you’ll want to speak with Beniot, Oriflamme Grandee who can be found standing near a shack in the middle of the Royal Meadows.
Where To Find The Nobleman’s Missing Son¶
You’ll be tasked with finding the nobleman’s missing son, so head towards the ocean and you’ll find a Rabid Wolf barking at a child. Here you’ll want to quickly slay by using your strongest single target attacks, such as Gouge, then speak with the kid. Unfortunately, the kid doesn’t seem happy that you’ve killed the wolf, as it was a plan to kill bearers as a form of entertainment, so return to the nobleman to bring an end to this scheme.
Should You Choose “That ‘wretch’ would be the Dame” or “That ‘wretch’ would be me”¶
However, before you go back to the nobleman, be sure to explore the surrounding area, as you can find some chests that contains some useful items such as Crafting Materials and Accessories. When you return to the nobleman and the kid you’ll be shouted at for frightening the child, then you’ll be presented with a choice “That “Wretch” would be the Dame” or “That “Wretch” would be me.
Regardless of your choice the end result will be the same, but if you choose to mention you’re with the Dame, then Beniot will act a little nicer to you. After your conversation has come to close, return to where you discovered the corpses and interact with them to initiate a cutscene. This will bring the quest to a close and you’ll be rewarded with x30 Magicked Ash.
