The Master Sword is one of the most well-known items in The Legend of Zelda. To get the sword back in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom. You have to complete Trail of The Master Sword, and then venture out into the skies of Hyrule. The guide below goes over where you can find the Master Sword and how to upgrade it after you have it.
Where to Find The Master Sword in Tears of the Kingdom¶
The Master Sword isn’t in a fixed location, as noted by the Great Deku Tree. Instead, it’s moving around far above the surface of Hyrule. In order to find the sword, you need to activate Recovering The Hero’s Sword as your pinned quest and go to the sky section of your map. Once there, you should be able to see the dot marker on your map. The Master Sword will continue to move around as it’s stuck on the head of a dragon. Your best bet to catch it is to teleport to a nearby sky shrine and glide down onto the dragon’s back. Luckily, the dragon doesn’t move too fast, so gliding over to it is rather easy. To make things simpler, you can use a Zonai device to fly over to the dragon if it’s a bit too far away.
How Much Stamina Do You Need for Pulling the Master Sword?¶
Finding and landing on the dragon is the easy part. The hard part is pulling out the Master Sword, as you need to have two full stamina wheels to do so.
