How to Get Into Mayor Reede’s Shed in The Legend of Zelda: The Tears of The Kingdom¶
To start the quest, Reede’s Secret, you need to speak with Clavia, Mayor Reede’s wife. She will tell you that her husband goes into the shed beside their house every night and doesn’t leave until 5 am in the morning. Clavia will talk about digging under the shed, something that you can’t actually do in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom. You will want to look behind the shed where you will spot a well. All the wells in Hateno connect. Put a marker on your map while standing on top of the shed, and glide over to the well. Once you are inside, deal with any enemies you run across. There will be some Keese, Chuchus, and Horriblin that aren’t particularly strong.
Check your map regularly, and once you are right below the shed, use Ascend. You will pop up through the floor and see a diary on the table. Keep in mind that you won’t be able to complete the quest between 10 pm and 5 am as Mayor Reede will be in the shed. Read it to reveal that Reede is working on some Cece Pumpkins. You can exit the shed through the door. Find Clavia and speak with her to wrap up the quest. She will give you ten Hylian Tomatos for your trouble.
