This page offers a guide on how to complete the Gourmets Gone Missing side adventure, which can be started at Riverside Stable in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
This is one of 12 Lucky Clover Gazette side adventures that are found by interacting with different NPCs at various stables. Before you can access any of these stable side adventures (including this one), you’ll have to speak to Traysi at the Lucky Clover Gazette outside Rito Village in the Hebra Region. You can head over to our page on All Lucky Clover Gazette side quests for more information!
How to Start Gourmets Gone Missing Side Adventure¶
To begin this side adventure, speak with Penn at Riverside Stable (Map Marker). He’ll tell you to speak with Gotter to discuss the missing travelers who were meant to have arrived at the stable with a special recipe written by Zelda.
When you speak to Gotter, who can be found in a fenced area near the river, he’ll hint at you to check out the area across the bridge for the missing travelers. When you cross over the bridge, you’ll find a group of tents just up ahead. After approaching the tents, you’ll notice that Agus and his friends are all sick, but Agus hints at Zelda’s recipe.
How to Find the Ingredients for Zelda’s Recipe¶
Read the recipe nearby the cooking pot and Zelda’s recipe will call for some meat, salt and hylian rice. You may well have all three ingredients to hand, but if not, you can get some relatively easily. Beedle sells Hylian Rice for 12 Rupees at Riverside Stable, and meat can be obtained from hunting nearby animals (deer, boar, fox etc). It is very likely you’ve got salt to hand, seeing as though it’s commonly obtained from mining ores in caves, but if not, you can head into nearby caves - use our interactive map - to grab yourself some.
When you have all three ingredients toss them together in the cooking pot and speak with Agus. Hand him the meal to revive him and his friends. They’ll thank you and offer up some salt, hylian rice and gourmet meat as a thanks! Penn will also join the conversation and finish up the quest, giving you some rupees for your troubles!
